This Privacy Policy (hereinafter: Policy) pertains to the personal data processed by Be Shark Kft. (hereinafter: Data Controller) and contains the rights, obligations, and other essential provisions related to those data. The Data Controller hereby informs its clients and visitors of its websites and social media pages (hereinafter collectively referred to as: Data Subjects) that it respects the rights related to their personal data and acts according to the provisions of this Policy during data processing.

Personal data required for requesting a free callback related to inquiries: full name, email address, phone number, product.

  • Duration of data processing: continuous until the interested person requests the deletion of their data.

The Data Controller selects and operates the IT tools used for personal data processing during the provision of the service in such a way that the processed data:

  • are authenticated and their authenticity is ensured (data processing authenticity);

  • their integrity can be verified (data integrity);

  • are protected against unauthorized access (data confidentiality).

 

The Data Controller protects the data with appropriate measures against unauthorized access, alteration, transmission, disclosure, deletion or destruction, and accidental destruction.

The Data Controller ensures the security of data processing with technical, organizational, and organizational measures that provide a level of protection appropriate to the risks associated with data processing.

The Data Controller maintains:

  • Confidentiality: protects the information so that only those who are authorized can access it;

  • Integrity: protects the accuracy and completeness of the information and the method of processing;

  • Availability: ensures that the authorized user can access the information when needed and that the necessary tools are available.

 

During the visit to the www.unitycrm.hu and www.unitycrm.eu sites, the following data are recorded in the Data Controller's system: the IP address of the Data Subject's computer, the start and end time of the visit, the pages viewed, and, depending on the settings of the Data Subject's computer, the type of operating system and browser used. These data are automatically recorded by the system upon entry and exit.

The automatically recorded data are logged by the system without a separate statement or action of the user upon entry and exit.

The Data Controller does not link the log data to other personal data. Only the Data Controller has access to the log files.

  • Right to Restrict Processing: The Data Subject can request the restriction of data processing.

In the event of a data breach, the Data Controller will promptly notify the Data Subjects and the supervisory authority. The management and registration of data breaches are governed by a separate policy.

This Privacy Policy is effective from June 18, 2024. The Data Controller reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the website.
